Picture this: the chaotic yet heartwarming scene from the opening of Home Alone, where the McAllister household is in utter disarray. Now, imagine something similar happening at Eddie Murphy's place during last Christmas. That's exactly what we envisioned when the legendary actor shared a delightful family portrait featuring his ten children, including his newest bundle of joy, 3-week-old Max Charles.
In the heartwarming snapshot, Max, who was born on November 30, is cradled lovingly by Eddie's fiancée, Paige Butcher. Standing proudly beside them is Eddie himself. But wait, there's more! Surrounding this adorable trio is a sea of Murphy children. Let's take a moment to introduce them properly. There's the eldest, Eric, who's 29 years old, followed by Christian, 28. Then there's 11-year-old Angel Iris, and the lively teenage sisters—16-year-old Bella Zahra, 19-year-old Zola Ivy, and 24-year-old Shayne Audra. Not to be overlooked are Bria and 26-year-old Miles Mitchell. And let's not forget little Izzy, whom Eddie is holding in the picture. Oh, and for those keeping count, that's Paige's mom standing beside her. What a fabulous, vibrant family!

Besides Paige Butcher, Eddie's children come from four other remarkable women. Nicole Murphy, the mother of Eric, Christian, Bria, and Zola Ivy; Spice Girl Melanie "Mel B" Brown, who shares daughter Angel Iris with Eddie; Tamara Hood Johnson, the mother of Bella Zahra; and Paulette McNeely, who gave birth to Shayne Audra and Miles Mitchell. It's clear that while Eddie might not have been lighting up the big screen recently, he's certainly been creating his own form of magic off-screen. And yes, we stand by that joke!
Back in early last year, the star of The Nutty Professor made headlines when he humorously admitted to staying far, far away from diaper duties. "I don't change diapers... 'cause I would be horrible at it, and that's not fair to the child," he joked to Extra. Despite being the father of what feels like an entire small town, Eddie hasn't neglected his movie career. At 57, he's set to star in Dolemite Is My Name, which tells the story of the legendary performer Rudy Ray Moore. Fans are also eagerly awaiting the long-awaited fourth sequel to Beverly Hills Cop.
