Let’s be honest, Jennifer Aniston has always been a red carpet queen, dazzling us with her style and grace. But in a recent interview, she revealed that this glamorous image doesn’t come naturally to her. "Me glamorous?" the Dumplin' star joked, referencing her polished hair and makeup, as reported by the Daily Mail. "This look takes hours to achieve!"
At 54, Jen admitted that she leans heavily on her team of stylists and makeup artists to help her maintain her polished appearance. Off-screen, she prefers a more laid-back, casual lifestyle. Her godchildren, she revealed, don’t even recognize her as the glitzy star we see on the red carpet. "They don’t know me as a glamorous person at all," the Friends alum shared. "On weekends, we call it 'Sunday Fun Day.' It’s a magical place for them where we chill in sweatpants, jeans, and flip-flops. No high heels or designer dresses here!"
Jennifer also touched on her internal struggle when people hail her as a beauty icon. "I always chuckle inside when someone says that because I’ve never thought of myself that way," she admitted to the Daily Mail. "Growing up, I wasn’t perceived as a beauty icon, and there were many moments in my life where I felt inadequate, not pretty enough, or just not enough in general. Those feelings really made me question myself."
