That’s the last thing I need—I’ve already been there, done that." Kathleen's self-sufficiency is inspiring, showing that life after 60 can be just as fulfilling, if not more so, than the younger years.

Exploring New Passions

Instead of focusing on romance, Kathleen channels her energy into creative endeavors. "I love teaching master classes at universities," she says. "And directing has become a passion of mine. Last year, I even took on a full-length cabaret for the first time—it was an exciting new chapter for me." Her willingness to explore new avenues is a testament to her adaptability and love for the arts.

Living with Rheumatoid Arthritis

Despite facing health challenges like rheumatoid arthritis, Kathleen remains optimistic. "There may come a time when I can't physically perform eight shows a week," she acknowledges. "But that's okay. I'll focus more on teaching and writing books." Her resilience and determination to adapt to life's changes are truly inspiring.

Kathleen is also proud of how gracefully she's aged, without resorting to plastic surgery. "Faye Dunaway once told me that if I didn't start plastic surgery by 40, it would be too late," she recalls with a laugh. "I said, 'Well, fine, I won’t do it then.' And honestly? I think I’m aging rather well." Her confidence and self-
